A gym for everyone - our huge gym is kitted out with all the latest cardio and resistance gym equipment, squat racks, barbells, and over 1000kg+ of plates to suit the training requirements of any Powerlifter, Crossfitter, Olympic lifter or any gym go-er looking to improve there health and fitness.
We also host a variety of classes that take place in our studio and our spin room featuring 12+ state of the art schwinn bikes.
